Two standard connections
Choose up to two catalogue applications and agree the actions the agent needs for its defined responsibility.
Connections for your Hermes setup
Our £2,750 + VAT setup service includes up to two agreed supported connections for your Hermes agent. We confirm the actions, permissions and account requirements before deployment.
A clear boundary
Sales, administration, reception and customer support are example roles, not a fixed menu. We choose connections around your agent’s agreed responsibility, with the minimum access and acceptance tests it needs.

Admin approval, paid product tiers, write access and provider usage charges can affect what is available.
Undocumented APIs, browser automation, direct database access and bespoke vendor work are assessed and quoted separately.
More than 40 familiar tools
We assess these applications for your Hermes setup using an approved MCP server, managed integration or documented API. These are configuration options, not a Duskworks app store or a list of native Hermes integrations. Inclusion is not a blanket promise that every action is supported; the required read and write actions are confirmed during scoping.
Read, draft, organise and coordinate around agreed communications.
Work with agreed contacts, companies, deals, tasks and sales activity.
Support calls, messages, meetings and internal coordination.
Triage, prepare and update support work within agreed limits.
Find, prepare and maintain approved business information.
Create, review and update agreed tasks and project records.
Read or prepare agreed commercial records with appropriate review.
Capture enquiries and prepare agreed audience or campaign activity.
If the system has a documented API, it may be suitable for a custom connection. If it has no supported interface, we will investigate the risk and quote it separately rather than hide uncertain integration work inside the launch fee.
