AI & automation audit
We start with your business processes, not a fixed menu of agent roles. I'll help you work out what to automate, where AI could help, and what to leave alone.

Implementation quoted separately.

A familiar Tuesday, perhaps.Another email. Another job to get into the system.

Chase → checkCopy the result into a report. Pick it up tomorrow.
Copy → repeatThis is where we look. The gaps between tools, people and decisions. Sometimes AI helps. Sometimes a simpler process or a connection between systems is all you need.

Make the call / Assessment
A report weighing opportunities against effort, risks and likely value. Any estimates come with their assumptions, so you can see the reasoning behind each recommendation.
Move forward / Your next 90 days
A prioritised roadmap and a separate 45-minute findings call. We'll cover quick wins, bigger changes and what needs investigating first.
The roadmap is yours to use with your team, with me, or with another supplier.
Implementation is quoted separately. Start with a conversationThe practical bits
No need to have it all figured out.
We'll talk about your business, one task that keeps slowing you down, and whether an audit would be useful. It's a chance to check the fit, rather than a full discovery session. If there's a simpler next step, I'll say so.
No. Bring your knowledge of the business. I'll ask about the work you do, the systems you use and where things get stuck.
No. Sales, administration, reception and customer support are starting points, not the limits of what we offer. We assess the work your business needs done and agree the scope. Any implementation is quoted separately.
You can use the roadmap with your team, another supplier, or ask Duskworks to quote for implementation. If a Hermes deployment is a good fit, setup and training are quoted separately. The audit is a planning service, not a software demo, and there is no obligation to continue.
We can begin with a walkthrough and examples of how you work. Please don't send passwords, customer records or confidential documents through this form. We'll agree any access or information sharing separately.
You can discuss a project directly. An audit isn't a prerequisite for working together.
